Let's walk through exactly what you and your pup can expect during their boarding stay! 

Before You Arrive

What to Bring: 

- Food & Treats: We recommend bringing your dog's regular food to keep their tummy happy and routine consistent (if you would like to feed them our food, we buy a sensitive stomach food to ensure it is easy for their tummy to digest)

- Medications: Any prescriptions or supplements with clear instructions 

- Comfort Items: A favorite blanket, toy, or anything that smells like home (if none are brought with your pup, that's okay! We provide blankets, bowls, pillows, and kennel mats)

- Emergency Contact Information: Just in case we need to reach you

What We Need to Know

We'll ask you about your pup's personality, any special needs, feeding schedule, and medical history. The more we know about your furry friend, the better we can care for them!

Check-In Day

When you arrive, we will give you and your pup a warm welcome. We know those goodbye moments can be tough, but don't worry- most dogs settle in quickly once they realize the fun that awaits them. We'll get your pup situated in their cozy space and introduce them to our play areas at their own pace.

Daily Routine: A Day in the Life

Morning

Your pup starts their day with a potty break and some outdoor playtime on our Intelliturf play area. Fresh air and morning zoomies? Yes please! Followed by breakfast (on their regular schedule, of course!)

Mid- Day

Time for socialization! Dogs head to one of our two indoor playrooms, where they can make new friends and burn off energy. We carefully supervise all play sessions to ensure everyone is having a safe, happy time. For pups who prefer solo time, we offer individual attention and quiet cuddles. 

Afternoon

After lunch and another potty break, it's nap time. Even the most energetic pups need their beauty rest! We provide comfortable, clean spaces where your dog can relax and recharge.

Evening

Dinner is served on schedule, followed by more playtime, potty breaks, and wind- down activities. As the day ends, we make sure every pup is comfortable and settled for a peaceful night's sleep.
